For your convenience we offer laundry service, purified water, VCR Movies (additional charge), safety deposit box, tours , transportation to anyplace you need to be, Trilingual personnel (Spanish, English, French), bike and horse rentals, walking excursions, long distance telephones, fax, internet, doctor and security 24 hours a day.

You can get to Creel via car, bus or train. If you drive you can safely get to Creel following the directions posted in the Creel and Copper Canyon section.

If you travel by bus, bus runs start at 7:00 am every two hours from and to Chihuahua, just let us know the time of your arrival and we'll meet you at the bus station.

Each day the train arrives at 11:30 and 4:30 inbound from Chihuahua and Los Mochis respectively, a special transport will meet you at the train station to take you to the Hotel. As an added service, we also offer private transportation from Chihuahua to Creel and back in our own late model vehicles with plenty of room to meet your needs, as well as group transportation and excursions, just make a note of it at the reservations area or at the front desk of the hotel.
